Proper detailing rewards patience and is undone by haste. The firm does not work to a clock. Each engagement is given the time it requires to be completed to the standard it deserves.
The work may encompass full exterior and interior detail, paint correction and protection, the care of leather and interior surfaces, glass treatment, and arrangements for ongoing maintenance. What a given engagement requires is agreed by correspondence before any work commences.
Vehicles, and the particulars surrounding their care, are held to the same standard of confidentiality as every other client matter. Access arrangements, vehicle details, and the nature of the engagement are not discussed beyond the scope of the work itself.
